Who can open a wholesale account? 

CoffeeWholesale.com is designed for cafés, restaurants, offices, retailers, and anyone looking to serve and provide high-quality coffee, tea, hot chocolate & other products to your desired consumer. If you’re not sure whether you need our wholesale services —we’ll be happy to advise.

Is there a minimum order/spend? 

No, to keep things efficient and ensure you get exactly what you need, we won’t ask for a minimum spend on wholesale orders. You will receive free delivery on orders over £150.

Can I change or cancel the order after placing it? 

If you need to adjust your order, let us know as soon as possible. Typically we can’t alter an order after an hour of placing it.

What payment methods are available? 

We accept major credit and debit cards. For approved partners, we can also offer invoicing on agreed terms.

Are there any discounts/subscription offers? 

Yes – if you subscribe to our newsletter, which gives you additional promotions & discounts we’ll give you 10% off. If you’d like a more tailored plan for consistent purchases, just get in touch.

Is next day delivery available? 

Put simply, yes. Orders placed before 2pm are picked, packed, and shipped for next-day delivery Monday to Friday. Remote locations may take a little longer.
